By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
When placing an order on our website www.thelashboutique.ie, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All our lash professional products i.e., Lash Trays, Lash Adhesive, Lash Removers and their product information available on our site are only intended for qualified professionals. We have the right to ask for proof of professional status, and refuse the order made if we believe the person is not to be a trade consumer. It is your responsibility that you are insured for the products that you use, as lash professional products are not intended to be sold to members of the general public. If any unqualified consumer uses our products, we are not responsible for injury or damages.
All orders made are subject to product availability and acceptance. Availability information is listed on each individual product.
Contract for sale of any product, exists between you and us, when we accept your order by dispatching to you. You will be sent an email to confirm this acceptance. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you have given in your order form, which will detail the products ordered, the payment method used, the cost (including VAT if applicable). You must check all details on the email are correct and contact us at Thereasa@thelashboutique.ie as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
Please note that discount vouchers, coupon codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 1 – Our Adhesives
Our adhesives can carry a damage and risk of personal injury, if they are not to be used or applied correctly, by the appropriate persons (professionals). The professional must be insured, and have a certificate in Foundation level, Individual eyelash extensions (classic eyelashes) and is at the most knowledgeable to apply.
As section 1 states, adhesives are only supplied to professionals and we may require and ask the consumer to provide proof that they meet the relevant requirements. Should we ask, and you fail to provide us with the appropriate information, we reserve the right not to supply you with any adhesive.
You agree to use the adhesive as stated here. You must conduct a thorough detailed consultation with your client, this is where you will check all contraindications. If any contraindications have been found, you must then provide the safety data sheet
You agree to use any adhesive as follows:
- You will first conduct a careful and detailed client consultation in which you will check for any potential contraindications.
- If, within 24/48hrs of lash treatment and your client appears to have a sensitive reaction you will arrange to remove eyelash extensions and advise your client to go to either her GP or pharmacy. You must NEVER suggest to your client to take any medication unless you are a medically trained professional. If your client appears to have an allergic reaction you will advise your client to go to her GP or the Eye and Ear hospital. In this instance do not attempt to remove eyelash extensions.
- You will carry out a 48-hour patch test prior to any use of adhesive products, in accordance with best industry practice, and only proceed with any treatment following a positive outcome to the patch test.
- You will never use any adhesives on any client who has or has had any eye condition: laser eye correction, open wounds on the face, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, recent semi-permanent make up or facial surgery, or any condition which would otherwise make them unsuitable for the use of adhesive.
TRAINING COURSE(S)
All details of our training courses are as described on our site. Please ensure you read the descriptions of each training course we offer carefully, before you place your order. You are responsible for making sure that the training course you have booked is suitable for your needs. Our training courses are accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists in the UK. If you decide to work outside of Ireland, it is your responsibility to check and enquire with the relevant governing bodies where you are based (work) to ensure it is recognised in order to get your insurance.
For all training courses, apart from Foundation in Eyelash Extensions (Beginners Classic 1-1) training course, you must provide us with proof of your status as a qualified lash technician. Each training course varies, and you will need to read the descriptions carefully to ensure you provide us with the correct qualification / certification before attending the training course. If you do not provide the correct evidence for your chosen training course, we reserve the right to not let you take part in the training course.
We do not offer any refund, in the event you have chosen or booked onto an unsuitable course, or if failing to provide us with the correct evidence of qualification / certification ahead of the booked training course.
All our training courses require a non-refundable deposit for the booking of a training course to reserve your space. The non-refundable deposit amount varies from each training course offered. All training courses that have not been paid in full, will need to be paid either before or on the morning of your days training, before course commencement. If you should cancel your training less than 14 days before your course date you will not be entitled to a refund as this is too short notice to fill your space.
If a payment plan is needed, please contact us at Thereasa@thelashboutique.ie to set the payment plan up before booking onto the training course.
SALON BOOKING
CANCELLATION BOOKING POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us at THE LASH BOUTIQUE, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand how easy it is to sometimes forget an appointment time you may have booked weeks ago.
On booking your appointment, full payment for your chosen treatment(s) is required on our online booking system. This also prevents any handling of money/cards within the salon due to COVID. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.
- Cancellation on the day will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. THE LASH BOUTIQUE policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

You warrant that the Personal Information which you provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, and current and complete in all respects and in particular you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall THE LASH BOUTIQUE, owner, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
IN-PERSON TRAINING COURSE(S)
Our Site will show you all the training courses we have to offer. Dates and times will be available upon request by emailing Thereasa@thelashboutique.ie .
Once you submit your order for a live/in-person training course, you then enter into a Contract with us, for the provision of Services which we are then free to accept or decline at our discretion.
If we do accept your order for a live/in-person training course, you will be notified by email and the date/time will be confirmed for the chosen training course. The Contract between us is then formed. Once payment has been made for any live/in-person training course, it is non-refundable.
If we do not accept your order for a live/in-person training course, you will be notified by email and a refund of the payment you made will be processed.
You must provide your own models for live/in-person training courses. The model you choose, must be over the age of 16, have no skin/face allergies, have had no recent surgery on the eyes and be able to lie still for up to three hours. Your model must arrange to have a patch test with our A1 Adhesive, they can do this by booking through our online booking system.
If, in the worst case you are unable to bring a model, you must let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to provide a suitable model, we will notify you. If in the unlikely event we are unable to find a suitable model for you, unfortunately, as we cannot guarantee this, you will have to practice on a mannequin head.
You agree to complying with all our instructions given, by any THE LASH BOUTIQUE Educator whilst taking part in any of our live/in-person training course. We reserve the right to stop a training course at any given time, and/or exclude you from it if we believe the following. If any of the below circumstances happen, no refunds will be given.
We believe there to be a risk of health or the safety of any person
We believe the damage to our equipment or the property of where the training course is being held to be at risk.
We believe that any term of the Contract and this agreement has been breached.
If you need to reschedule your live/in-person training course, you must email us at Thereasa@thelashboutique.ie as soon as possible. If you have made contact with us with 14 days prior to your training course, we will allow you to reschedule but an additional fee of €50 will occur. An agreed date will be arranged between THE LASH BOUTIQUE and you, the student. You may only reschedule once.
We do not provide refunds in the event you cancel or fail to turn up to your chosen live/in-person training course. If you fail to turn up, you are liable for the full training course payment cost.
If you arrive late to the training course, we reserve the right to refuse you entry.
In the event that we are unable to provide a live/in-person training course we will contact you as soon as possible, to give you the opportunity to reschedule it at no additional fee. If you choose not to reschedule the course then we will refund the course fees you paid. Please note that we will not refund any travel accommodation or other expenses that may have been incurred in relation to a cancelled course.
You must not provide access to Our Course Content to any other person. You must not use Our Content to train any other training course, or offer training courses.
Each student is given a student discount code to use to receive a % discount off our lash professional products, this code is given in strict confidence for you only. You DO NOT pass this code to any other person. If you do so we have the right to refuse your continued use of this discount code to purchase any of our lash professional products on our site or in salon.
